We were invited to make proposals to bring life to the Royal Arsenal at Woolwich which is a major housing led regeneration project. We recommended a range of possible activities including re-using redundant buildings, events in the public areas, making the hoardings lively, opening up various parts of the site and setting up a stakeholders group for marketing purposes. The overriding approach was to concentrate on more commercial activity bringing a different kind of customer to the site.
