We advised Freeform on managing the railway arches they planned to take over as part of their Hothouse development in Hackney. The work involved assessing costs to run and income plus identification of the kinds of tenant who would be interested in locating there. We also advised them on the lease negotiations with Network Rail (Spacia).

Results | Our work fed into their business plan and grant application to the LDA and for EC funding, which they were successful in winning, creating the exciting new build Hothouse scheme. The arches were all successfully let and provided important income during the build phase. |
