Chrisp Street is part of the Lansbury Estate, built after bomb damage in 1951. The area is to be redeveloped quite substantially and we suggested ways of making a positive partnership between the HARCA, the chosen developers and the retail and market traders. The suggestions centred around pro-active management of all public space and the retail area and the re-use of vacant space.
